Director, Region II The Region II Director is responsible for helping all NFPA associations and unaffiliated at-large members located throughout the Mountain West and Midwest states of: Arkansas; Illinois; Kansas; Louisiana; Minnesota; Missouri; Nebraska; New Mexico; North Dakota; Oklahoma; South Dakota; Texas; Utah; Wisconsin; and, Wyoming.
